Refund policy

If you need to return your order for whatever reason, we can help you make it smooth! Items
may be returned but may not be exchanged. Refunds are offered for merchandise returned
within 14 days of a shipped item’s delivery date.
Please note:
- All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition.
- All merchandise must be in unwashed condition.
- All merchandise must have its original tags still intact.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- All merchandise must have the original receipt (packing slip/invoice).
Merchandise that does not meet the above criteria, may result in customer forfeiting their refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have its original tags.
- Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping and Refund:
- At this time, shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to those items returned within 14 days of a shipped item’s delivery
date.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Use the email under the contact us section to notify us and to tell us why you are
returning your items.
- Use the preprinted label found in your original packaging to ship your item(s) back to us
along with the original receipt. (Please remember that shipping cost will be at customer’s
expense.)
Please note that most refunds will take up to 10 business days and depends on the banking
institution.
